About Gung Ho:
Gung Ho is an Anime-themed ramen, poke bowl, and boba milk tea restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It opened in 2021 with one location. By 2022, they opened a second. Gung Ho is a popular spot for families, college students, and Anime fans.
My Role:
Social Media Manager
Strategy: 
I centered my strategy around these three content pillars:
1. Tasty Food: Present Gung Ho’s delicious menu – ramen, poke bowls, boba milk tea, etc.
2. Anime-Inspired: Japanese and Anime-inspired designs to align with Gung Ho’s brand identity. 
3. Lively Vibe: Capture Gung Ho’s restaurant lively environment by showcasing the fun designs, artwork, and features. 
I used a variety of content types - photos, videos (Reels, TikTok), infographics - to present Gung Ho in a fun and entertaining way.
Highlights:
Gung Ho's Instagram and Facebook channels experienced significant growth.
- Within one year, Facebook gained 2K+ followers
- Within one year, Instagram gained 900+ followers, starting from <10 followers.
- Garnered great consistent engagement across both Facebook & Instagram.
- A reel showcasing the restaurant scored 669 likes, 7.8K views - the most on Gung Ho's IG.
